Death
- - Dr Cox performed Coolief with an unlicensed doctor.

My friend was referred to Dr Cox for Bob knees caused her pain. He never tried Coolief on er need but allowed himself to do procedure along with another unlicensed doctor.
This incident crippled my friend and caused a traumatic strain of events in her life as she lost her mobility to walk. Cox has lost a lot of weight was at first a big fat slob. He lied and promised that she would be able to walk without feeling pain after the procedure. However, after his procedure the pain was unbearable.
She grew depressed. He told the family the procedure was non-invasive. She told me it was painful. I hold Cox responsible for everything she suffers du to his incompetency and arrogant mentality.
He is supposedly a theologian but never practice
what he learned from his religious studies- He is just a Devil in disguise waiting on another loving soul to crush. My friend died but we tried everything to find her help after his failed Coolief procedure done via Cox. This hospital better beware this man is about money. He took the life of my friend caused her to be crippled.
Like the Devil he crushed the soul of my friend so that he can gain prosperity a new job and promotion but will have to answer in death to a higher power. I will be at peace. My friend is dead.
He is a smooth talker but dont say you were not warned. He never tried to see if she was a good candidate for Coolief just money hunger *****
