I was in to purchase a vehicle we did not see eye to eye no deal was made, a day or 2 pass and a man from this dealership calls me to follow up on my visit he introduces himself I started to explain were I was coming with the man tells me. what am I supposed about that he was talking about the amount I have stated that I wanted to put down and what my monthly payment would of been, I told this man he was rude. Thats not how you properly conduct yourself as a professional I will never Ever go to this dealership or recommend anyone.

Regal Honda - 2013 Honda Civic Review from Tampa, Florida

So apparently the fuse panel on my 2013 honda civic has been destroyed, ray the service personnel claims it's from storm in florida (not sure what storm he's talking about, not aware of it); it's been 2 weeks since my car has been sitting at regal honda in Lakeland and has yet to be fixed. My mother and I call practically everyday, we leave mostly voicemail because Mr Ray is seemingly Uber busy, when we do hear from him he tells us "I'm waiting for the panel to come from Japan" or "it's here but I have to call someone to help me put it together". When we went to purchase the car everyone flocked to us (typical sales people) but not that my car is still under warranty and messed up they are taking forever to fix, once again its been more than two weeks! I'm suppose to go back to Tallahassee for summer classes tomorrow that I've already paid for, but may have to drop or withdraw because I don't have my car...this is terrible and by far the worst customer service experience! I'll never purchase anything else from regal honda, better yet, I'll never purchase another Honda.
