Horrible Service
We were passing through the area (06/20/2021and decided to stop in to bowl:
1) the place is nearly empty
2) they have no cheap socks that you can buy
3) the manager tells me it is $28 per hour to bowl
4) we drive to the dollar store and buy 2 pairs of socks
5) return to the alley and then they tell me the cost is $34 per hour
6) I ask for the manager who told me $28, he comes, said he was wrong but will NOT honor the $28 he told me; even after we went and bought socks
7) it obviously is not about a $6 difference, but a matter of a man's word and customer service.
HORRIBLE customer service when you tell a customer one price, then won't honor it!
The $6 difference, cost the company $100 in sales to me for: bowling, food, drinks, shoes, etc...
I will keep my $100 and go elsewhere....I see why the place is deserted!
I told them they needed to visit Mattress Mack (Gallery Furniture) next door, to learn about customer service!!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
