Refund that was requested on 08/07/23 is still pending

Still waiting on a refund made initiated on 08/06/23 still haven't received it, tried calling customer service but never got through even after using the regal app notice or regular theatre and its a month now . Need to freeze account, having last minute emergency surgery

I need help trying to freeze my account please, as I'm having last minute emergency surgery today and need to save as much money as I can since I will be not only bedridden, but unable to work for at least 3 months. I was told this could be done via email by a customer representative, but can not get in touch with anyone to help me with this at all. No body informed us that we have to keep the subscription for 3 months and they keep charging on the card number they have on file. When we are not interested in renewing the subscription they should spot charging us and let us delete the card number . Very disappointing service & no communication level . Would like to give them 0 starts .

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. the manager at the Regal Ronkonkoma, helped me to get it back on my phone. He as always been helpful adn positive about the Regal.

I tried to buy 2 tickets online for the first time at Kingstowne location after selected the movie, the reclining seat it kept saying error try again instead of pop up the message says reclining seat not available at this location l did not know at all and keep going back the page and tried finally it went through and showed me I just ordered 2 tickets at Gallery Place Washington DC location What? I tried to cancel and it only refunded the tickets not the booking fee I think the website needs some improvement for more efficient. I did call the theater directly they said to do it online only which is I cant get my booking fee refund back
