No answer. Chevrolet gives total discretion to the dealership.

A really bad Dealer is allowed to operate. Will not buy another Chevy again.

My new 2024 Chevy Silverado was brought in for service on 2-3-25, due to brake light being lit on the dash. The vehicle had no issues except the dash light.

The dealership was doing a computer systems upgrade and the dash light. The service department called me and told me the brake pads were bad and that it was so bad it damaged the brake sensor. This truck has 18,000 miles on it. There is NO way the brakes are bad.

I told them to put it back together and give it back to me. They wanted $720.00 plus tax to fix it. I pulled the brake pads myself and I have attached the pictures of the old brake pads next to the new pads. They lied and I am not happy with how they ignored me after I complained to them and showed them the pictures of the so called bad brake pads!

I feel it was very deceptive what they did and I do not trust their service department. And they have made no effort to contact me!

I WILL MAKE THIS PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!I REGAL OF LAKELAND ARE NOTHING BUT *** LIARS AND THIEF'S. THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR MY VEHICLE, LIED ABOUT THE FREE MAINTENANCE AND LIED TO ME ABOUT CALLING OTHER BANKS ONCE THEY OPENED AGAIN TO GET THE PAYMENTS LOWERED!!!

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *** LAIRS AND THIEF'S AND I PRAY THAT KARMA GETS THEM AND THAT THEY GET SCREWED OVER LIKE THEY SCREWED ME OVER!!!! AND I BET THEY WILL NOT LET THIS REVIEW BE SEEN BECAUSE THE TRUTH HURTS!!!!!

I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND I PRAYED THEY GET SHUT DOWN!!!! I HAVE SENT A COMPLIANT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THESE LOSERS/LIARS/SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!

All I wanted was a battery

One fine morning I started my Chevy ssr and it barely turned over. I assumed it was the battery so I thought I would go to sams and get a new battery, but I said no I will go to the dealership they will do a better job.

That was a serious mistake. I took the car in and as I was dropping it off one of the employees open the hood and slammed it down tearing off the Chevy symbol on the front of the car. The manager of service apologized and told me it would be repaired. Later the dealership called to tell me I needed a battery and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced.

I authorized the work to be done. The next day I went to pick up the car. Paid my bill got in the car to find the Chevy emblem on the seat, started the car and turned on the wiper, the wiper blades flew off the car. I was still in the parking lot so I took the car back to service, after many apologies I got a ride back to my house by a friend.

The next day I called the dealership numerous times without a return call. I called for the general manager numerous times still no return call. Finally the service manager called to tell me the parts were out a few days and my car would be out of service the rest of the week. The part is the emblem so I lose my use of the car for a week.

Finally my car is ready everyone is afraid to deal with me because I am the complainer. They detail the car I leave the dealership and drive out going down the road 2 miles the car breaks down. I call the dealership and they ask if I need a tow. I let the car cool down and drive back to the dealership .

The car is still there another week in the shop.

This adventure is not over yet. All I wanted was a battery.
