Over charged and did not fix issue

Regal Appliance Services - Over charged and did not fix issue
He , Osayi, the owner of company, came to house to fix freezer. He charged $560.00 for a motor fan. He got the wrong one, did not work. He came back with another motor fan, freezer still not working, same issue, ice accumulation. The motor should only have cost $100.00, Osayi said I was paying for his marketing fees etc. Freezer still not fixed. He has no knowledge of appliances.
