Waiting 4 weeks+ for Samsung ref part Called two weeks ago Friday: "we're shipping the part tomorrow Saturday, you should receive it by June 4" No parts, no follow-up Called June 10 to inquire about part: "we shipped the part June 6" ---> Read above I said I don't believe you guys and asked for tracking # if it REALLY shipped. Go on hold for 30 min. Rep comes back and says "We shipped the part today" Wow! Still no tracking # provided so even this date is ***

I had a Samsung fridge and the ice maker broke. I called Samsung to have it fixed.
They told me it was 30 days out of warranty. I called plessers and asked them to help me out. Without hesitation they stepped in had it fixed no charge.

Haier - REBATE RIPOFF!

I submitted a rebate for $150 for a Haier refrigerator. I included ALL required receipts, barcodes & forms.
This was done on 12/12/2018. It is now 6/10/2019 & I still haven't received my rebate. I have called & emailed Haier numerous times, but they will not help & continue to refer me to a company called "Stericycle" who is supposedly handling the rebate. I have called Stericycle 4 times speaking to associates "Dee" & "Cynthia" & supervisor "Dana". All they can tell me is that the rebate has been "approved" & is waiting for "release".
They promise to call me back with updated status, but never do so. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission & filed a complaint (#105863003) on 4/3/2019. I have been unable to reach them to get status or action on my complaint. I would like SOMEONE, in a position of authority, from Haier to contact me regarding this issue immediately!

Got a new Frigidaire refrigerator modelLFSS2612TPO , had it delivered and set up.the doors were adjusted to be even now freezer hinge binds, no big deal. Ice maker won’t stop making ice when full, I have to turn it off.
The inner fridge door won’t keep food in (butter, cheese) it’s useless. My biggest complaint is it’s very noisy ! Loud and irritating . On and off noise,noise ,noise. Told that’s normal !
It works ok but is irritating. Water filters over priced . I’m going to get rid of it after 6 months of use !!! Going to test and get a quiet one .
