Vehicle damage caused by air freshener
The chemical in your air freshener had a chemical reaction with the vent it was connected to. The chemical melted the finish off around the vent. It bubbled up and flaked off.

Bought a 2 pkg of refresh dual scents and tried 1 ( pulled the metal wrap out of back and turned it up) and nothing . Left it for 3 days and still nothing!!
So opened other one and the same thing no scent comes out.
Don't waste your money! I will go back to fabreeze car scents that I know work.

The oil last sooo long and the scent is so fresh I used to use the little vent sticks for yearrrrrsss as a happy customer but they didn't last respectfully.
But then I tried the oil for about a year oh my goodness word cant explain when so get in my car they always complement it

I purchased REFRESH YOUR CAR and can not get the unit put together to use it. The instructions are not very good.
I have tried to put the hanger in several different ways and have not been successful. I would like a detailed description as to how I am supposed to do this installation.

Refresh Oil Diffuser Clip On Melts Dash
- - Liquid leaked onto the dash from a Refresh air freshener clip and melted the plastic.
- - Replacement cost is about $800; the company is reviewing.
I put a clip on Refresh air freshener on car vent as per instructions. After a short period of time the liquid leaked out onto my dash and melted the plastic.
I did some research and have found this has been happening to quite a few people for quite a while.
It will cost of $800 to replace the damaged piece in my dash.
I've contacted the company and am waiting on a determination. Facebook has many postings about the damage caused to their vehicles from this product.
