Unauthorized Charge of $119.99 & False Advertisement
I downloaded the Reframe app because it was advertised as $4.99 for a one-month trial. After using it for about a week, I found it wasnt what I expected and deleted both the app and my account.
Before doing so, I checked my subscriptions and saw no active subscription listed.
Despite this, I was shocked to find that $119.99 was immediately withdrawn from my accountwithout any warning or authorization. This charge was completely unexpected and unjustified.
Whats worse is that theres no valid or accessible contact information to resolve billing issues, which is deeply concerning for an app charging this kind of money. It feels deceptive and predatory.
I do not recommend this app to anyone.
Ive had to dispute the charge with my bank and am considering reporting the issue to consumer protection agencies. Proceed with caution.
