Resolved: Failed to issue refund after one week
- Refund promised for Friday after Wednesday cancellation.
- Tuesday call asked for card numbers.
- A week later, no refund issued.
I was told that a refund was going to be issued on Friday after I canceled the service on Wednesday. Then received a call on on the following Tuesday that they needed the card numbers, almost a week later.
Now here it is a full week and still no refund. I called and only got EXTREMELY POOR customer service and snotty responses.
