I needed a new screen. After 4 tries, they still didn't get it right. Above all, there they are "pissed off at me", their exact words for their incompetence. Not only are they EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT, BUT ARE UNBELIEVABLY NUTS. Don't waste your time.
