Reeves (Thieves) BMW Motorjerks

One of the most unethical car dealerships in ALL of Florida, and it starts from the top down and Ms. Thieves herself. They are the WORST in Customer Satisfaction and treat their well healed BMW clients like a number as they only view anyone that walks through their doors as a number. Displaced arrogant and un-proffessional environment throughout. They feel that they have a captive market without much competition and if you don't like it you can pack sand!!! They'll tell you anything you want to hear until it comes time for service, this is where the slimy Car Salesman Mentality rears it's ugly head, they will defer,deny,blame,accuse, reject,turn down,and deny any kind of liability or claim and are trained to do so. If a problem arises it's deny,deny,deny. (kind of like Hillary Clinton and Benghazi and her Email Scandal) they have a team of attorney's with loose contracts and disclaimers to SCREW over the customer. Beware of their Unfair Trade Practices, I wish they were more regulated but they seem to want to blame their beloved customers if anything ever goes wrong, look at their service record it's horrible!! They have been sued multiple times...REEVES=THIEVES.....BUY ELSEWHERE, do yourself a favor.....

Reeves Import fails to timely discover a dangerously low oil level before engine was damaged

In 2013, my 2010 Range Rover was having issues regarding starting, dashboard failure, electrical failure, and engine failures. I took my car to Reeves Import Motorcars in Tampa, Florida for inspection, testing and repairs, if needed. After two separate occasions (March and June 2013) totaling six days when Reeves had possession of my car for inspection, Reeves finally informed my family that they could not find any problem with my Range Rover and asked us to pick up the car. Most importantly, Reeves on multiple occasions confirmed verbally and in writing that they had checked the oil levels and it was "OK." We trusted and relied on Reeves' expertise so we picked up our car and continued driving it. After only four days from the last pick up date from Reeves, our Range Rover again shut down without any warning on I-75 as my wife was traveling in excess of 65 mph. She barely avoided a multi car accident. After many hours stranded on the side of the road, it was towed to Ft. Myers Land Rover and they quickly discovered that my engine was missing 4.5 quarts of oil which directly lead to the engine shutting down. Ft. Myers Land Rover informed us that my engine was completely ruined. Ft. Myers Land Rover has also stated it will cost in excess of $18,000 just to replace a new factory engine. Reeves Import has stated they will not pay for the repairs. I have filed a lawsuit against Reeves Import seeking damages.
