I have sent two emails and have called and waited on hold for almost two hours. I would like a resolution to the issue.
After spending 2400 less than 6 months ago, you would think they will respond and give good customer service. As you can see in the picture there is a missing weld that has caused the bracket to bend.

Could of lost trailer and truck at that point.
