After two new water heaters numerous calls, it still doesn't work. I am $1300 in the whole
- - Parts replaced; I paid shipping; new heater needed.
- - System never worked; no hot water after $1300; rep wants returned to Home Depot for reinstall.
After replacemamt parts with me paying the shipping it was determined that a new water was needed. The new system did not work .
After an extended period of time the heated did not work. Im at least 1300.00 in the whole with no hot water. Now the Reem representive is recommending that the plumbers take the entire unit be taken back to Home Depot and reenstall a new unit. this is unacceptable.
Do you stand by your product. I want my labor reimbursed.
