BShoes are mismatched and dont fit. I wrote a email with attached photos, yet no answer. The sandals are the same size, but are somehow mis-cut. Am waiting almost three months, but no response from REEF. Want my money back. Summer is over and I couldnt wear the sandals.

Reese has not replied to my continuous emails about not receiving a package from them. Its been over two weeks. All I ever got is an automated response saying this has something to do with a return which it doesnt has to do with the fact that I never got them two weeks now I pay over two weeks and I still havent received a refund or word or anything from her if theyre an awful customer service and you cant even reach them by phone only by email and they have lacking in response two weeks thats

Lost item

I ordered two pairs of reefs shipped via fed ex then handed off to usps. Ten days later still no flip flops. USPS site says could not be delivered and could not be returned, sent to a mail recovery site in CA?! Looked for a customer # on my email receipt and nothing so I found a number on Google. You call and a voice message tells you that due to increased volume, representatives are no longer available by phone. Email is the only way to communicate, so I email and get a response back later that same day, only problem was that it was a "form response" about thier exchange policy. It would seem to me that Reef is taking on all the business it can get but sadly they are not valuing their customers by paying to provide them with adequate customer service. I sent one more email and waited 10 days with no response! I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Come on reef, you need to do better.
