Reedy And Electronics

I had just called to find out the date of manufacture of a couple of "puffy" 3S batteries that I purchased to use in my RC vehicles.

The person I spoke to said that he wasn't able to retrieve the information which I found surprising. And contrary to the tile of thelis corespondance, I wasn't pissed", just surprised and a bit disappointed perhaps.

I have had 3 reedy motors that have had the inner drive mount snap off, the first time it happened was when I was camping and his a root using a 2s lipo and the other time I was doing a speed run on a 3s when mid-run I here a big snap and I lose all drive because of this stupid product which clearly had a quality issue. The first time it happened I was mad but I thought nothing of it due to it never happened before.

I called them and they sent me a new one which i appreciate but didn't give me back my receipt.

So it happened again and I couldn't send my old one in because I didn't have my receipt so I bought another one and the dam same thing happened which shouldn't have even happened once and now I have lost all hope in reedy. Clearly, this product has a quality control issue and I am so mad at reedy right now.
