Resolved: Item ordered December 2nd and still has not shipped for Xmas despite their promises
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Called numerous times, but ultimately I'm not sure what happened here.
I placed an order on December 2nd, which was my mom's Xmas gift from her 2 daughters this year. Paid for 2 day shipping just in case.
Better safe than sorry right?
Wrong.
It should have shipped on the 18th, it did not, and despite being assured daily by phone that I would receive it, it's now the 22nd and still at the warehouse. This company doesn't care about its customers one bit from this experience.

Wont shop here again. Checkout was awful.
