I requested a refund that I'm fully eligible for. I was told it would take up to 5 business days, which have long since passed, yet I still haven't received any response. There's no phone number to call, and they barely reply to emails, and when they do, their responses are not helpful at all!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They sent me a working phone to replace the one they sent that was defective. Expect 2 months of radio silence as their repair vendor is very slow and their customer service is inconsistent.
They stole my expensive phone that I bought through them. I sent it back for warranty repair, and they took the phone and stopped contacting me.
I have bought several of my last phones through them and referred my friends. But I will not be buying on there again.
They literally stole my phone that is fully paid for and are refusing to contact me back. Order #US535424

I ALSO PURCHASED: Return Protection, you have 7 days after delivery to return your item for any reason.
A waste of $20.00 because NO ONE RESPONDS.
