Want to cancel my order because they want too much personal PayPal is in progress. Will not reply to my emails since asking to cancel the order. They are not a genuine reseller of good \s and only a third party reseller...

Cancelled delivery

They literally just cancelled my order, which was for a $399 item and ONLY notified me on the day it was due to arrive. Then offered me a $20 voucher provided I spend $400 with them again. What absolute charlatans. Ive never experienced this in my life. Its merchant thievery, retail sleight of hand, and gross unprofessionalism at its lowest. I will not touch this place with a ten foot pole, nor should you. Buyer beware.

Don’t waste your time

I just bought at iPhone 12 Pro Max. Needed it urgently. When it came the camera didnt work. Had to have it sent back for warranty repairs. Advised them I really need the phone and was ensured I would get a working phone with a working camera as I am pregnant and will give birth in less then two months. I advised I did not want any refund I want them to replace the device if unable to fix it. After waiting over 10 days tHey automatically refunded me without my consent. They claim that the device is no longer available, however the device is available in the exact same colour in the exact same condition, its just $300 more expensive and too much to purchase on after pay now. So saying its not available is a lie.
