Faulty pc
My experience has been pretty awful! My pc was days late to arrive at my house and when I got the pc it did not work at all. There was no power to anything. I tried contacting costumer service to talk to a live person( tried calling them 10 times and left messages) with no luck whatsoever! I finally got an email and they kept asking me the same questions and they also wanted me to do troubleshooting on my own. This is so unexceptable and very unprofessional!
User's recommendation: Not a chance at this point.

Can't even get intouch with anyone to help or give guidance on a brand new pc that didn't even come with everything it was suppose to.
It does not have any power! Followed the quick startup and Google info. The pc shows no signs of power at all!
User's recommendation: I currently would not recommend anyone to buy your products.
