No dishwasher soap 4 days, employs crack addict

Redstone Arsenal Officers Club, Huntsville, AL In 2010, the former officers club kitchen and dishwashing station had roach nests on shelving, floor drains that often overflowed with food and grease goo, up to your calves, & knowingly employed a Crack Addict for years, saying they "worked real fast." Chef didn't wish to perform random drug testing for employees, claiming that he would lose most of his employees. High dollar banquets and receptions went on as scheduled, even though commercial dishwasher was once out of soap, for four days straight.
Management said it wasn't a problem, "hot water would kill any germs." ???
I hope the new officers Club is better than this one was. Given the 2010 conditions of the former OC restaurant, kitchen and staff, I would be very hesitant to step foot in the new OC, unless of course, you bring your own food, dish soap, Lysol spray, and a urine cup to drug test kitchen employees.
