- - Seven Redrow windows have come off their hinges and won’t close.
- - Repairs were done after the two-year warranty expired; not fit for purpose.
7 of the windows in my new Redrow house have now come off their hinges so they dont close. Ive had to have all of them repaired as the 2 years warranty is up.
Clearly these windows are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Sort it out Redrow. I live on Waters Reach estate in Hartford, West Cheshire.
User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY A REDROW HOME. I’ve had leaks, toilets cemented into floors so can’t be repaired, windows breaking regularly, patio windows NOT EVEN SEALED etc etc
