Verified ReviewerBought a brand new keyboard that they told me to fix.
Bought a keyboard because I needed a new one (which is why most people buy one). Humor aside, I had a great opinion of Red Dragon products and thought I have their mice why not give their kb a try.
I did and I regret it.
Whenever I need to type double letters, it'd miss the second one, so I'd only get 1.
I gave it a review after a week on Amazon stating that I would just have to push harder. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt.
It continued to get worse and re-reading everything trying to catch my mistakes was double the work.
I wrote them and simply asked for an exchange, willing to stay loyal to the company.
The e-mail I got back told me to take it apart clean the keys and if any further issues contact them.
WTF???
I BUY SOMETHING BRAND NEW, IT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY BUT I TRY TO DEAL WITH IT TO THE POINT I SIMPLY WANT AN EXCHANGE, BEING BRAND NEW LESS THAN A MONTH OLD.
I DO NOT EXPECT A COMPANY I RESPECTED TO TELL ME TO FIX THEIR BRAND-NEW PRODUCT MYSELF.
WHAT KIND OF PRIDE IN YOUR PRODUCT IS THAT.

Preferred solution: JUST WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THERE WHO RESPECTS CUSTOMERS AND HAS PRIDE IN THEIR PRODUCT.
