I have been a Redfunnel user for over a year. A week ago my account was blocked with no explanation, I don't know why I deserve this attitude.

I live on the Isle of Wight now and regularly have to use the ferry.

There was no reason whatsoever to block my account!!! It's not fair

Complaint

2359 Southampton to East Cowes car ferry. Saturday 9th July.

As a foot passenger. After a festival in Southampton approx 22 foot passengers were told we would not be allowed on due to 25 cars getting on. Eventually we were allowed on. 30 pax travelled on that crossing.

No sign of 25 cars. One co-op lorry and that was all I saw. I asked a crew member and she said they had been waiting for more crew. That’s why we were originally told we couldn’t get on.

( the next sailing was 3 hours time) 1. No crew member walked past us to go to the ship 2. I don’t believe there were 25 cars. Where did the drivers go??

3. If we have to book the last crossing how do we do that? Counter service is shut. East Cowes.

Only by machine. An employee told us the counter has been shut for 3 years. Please I hate being lied to. Why was there a problem getting on the ship?.

( there was 3 of us ) I presume the others had come from the same festival. Please answer this query.
