Game is stuck!!!!
I just purchased the 2hr double design win for 1st. 2nd and 3rd place wins.
The app has bn down now for over 25mins and that is using up my 2 hour win limit!!! I paid $4.99 for this special 2hour win and now i cant even get the game to come on!!!
Its frozen!!! I want my 2hr time replaced and started over when the game gets un-frozen!!!

Trying to contact redecor
I was a Ghostbuster for the Halloween comp and did not get sent a prize did not all the Ghostbusters receive a prize as planned?? Was there not enough to go round??
I do love the game though and love the new journal feature just wish was easier to buy nice objects for the designs the coins go down so quick and with restrictions on what can use in certain designs the coins do not go far... I always buy the season pass otherwise you only get something every few level ups rather than everyone...
I have bought season pass every month for good 3 years now... I don't understand the advertising and hype to get us to design all those rooms for Halloween and then not get a single prize...

I was playing if the warm and inviting design that was told we would receive extra coins if we finished 1-3. I finished third but didnt get the extra coins

Rip off money
I purchased some items but have been charged 2 or 3 times for each charge. This is a shame as I enjoy the concept. I don't care about the voting but I only want to be charged for what I genuinely purchased

I used to enjoy
I have been playing this game for three years and unfortunately have spent a lot of money doing so. I used to really enjoy it.
Now there are waaaay to many designs that are preselected materials. I used to purchase the season pass for three devices. Now only one and I no longer spend money because the game is no longer fun but more stress than anything.
Disappointed.
Also, it appears that when I get close to moving up a rank, my designs all of a sudden go from 1st to 3rd place to 10th place. I truly believe that is NOT a coincidence.
I have found other games that are not so restricting to play and not have to spend money on, and if I do, it's for the fun.
I will not be playing anymore.

Like being stolen from? Play this game.
I have not been contacted by anyone, which I expected. They obviously do not care, as long as they keep getting money, they're happy. Players happiness is not a priority.
They overhauled the game. I used real money to unlock items.
Those items are now locked again. Not only that, but all of the items are now more expensive. That is theft. They delete negative reviews online, and don't even answer emails.
They don't care about players who have been playing for years. They want new players who don't know how fun or 'cheap' it used to be.
