We are on a three month expedition through Canada, the Arctic Ocean, Pluto Bay, Denali, and Homer, Alaska going to be headed home in late September. The red vision software continually fails to connect and you have to pair and unpair all the time just to get it to work.

Usually this happens When its an inconvenient time like deluge rainstorms, or if were in the camper and we need to turn the lights off we have to unpair and repair in the dark. Ive contacted this company numerous times and they say that theres going to be a new software available but have no timeline, the original software was uploaded to Apple more than four years ago with a little tweaks, but never a real fix

Preferred solution: Acknowledgment that they’re going to get a new software out soon it’s not gonna fix our issue for the next month and a half but consumers need to know
