Verified ReviewerStay away from Red Wireless - DONT DO IT
They only want your business and do not disclose the full information to you. Read the contract and take your time.
They start billing you even when the phone is not activated, and when you call to inquire, they pass it onto Rogers, who was great.
They are ruining the Rogers brand. Furthermore, they are hanging up the phone on you and do not even care about your side of the story.
User's recommendation: Go elsewhere!!!

Verified Reviewer |I've waited more than a month and still no service
Finally, on Saturday, December 07 I went to my shopping street, bought two SIMs at the Telus store and we were ready to go in about half an hour versus more than a month of waiting for Red Wireless.
Zoom suggested Red for a transfer as it would be fast, easy and you can keep your own number. Ding, ding, ding. They don't do that. They involve you in an endless Monty Python-esque skit of false communications and lies.
It's never an argument, just a contradiction. My wife and I have been without cell service for a month.
It seems they monitor this site, so expect them to try to pick holes in this review and use personal attacks. These people should not be in business.

Verified ReviewerThey don't care about customer service
I've been trying to change my plan for months now. They don't care if you are not Indian.
You won't get a reply. They don't care about you. If you are white, don't bother calling them. They won't answer.
If you're Indian, they will absolutely love you and you'll get your plan changed in about a couple of days. Only call Red Wireless if you are Indian.
If you are white, they will treat you like garbage and they won't do anything. They won't help with anything.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Be indian

Verified ReviewerTerrible Customer Service
I placed an order for a new phone on the RedWireless website. Initially, they sent me an email indicating a $40 reservation fee, but subsequently, they charged me $45, followed by an additional charge of $44.
Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the device I ordered. Over the past five days, I have been trying to contact them without success, making it impossible for me to get any updates regarding the status of my device.
I am now uncertain about the whereabouts of my order and would like to cancel it and discontinue my association with Roger. However, I am encountering difficulties reaching their customer support for assistance.

Sales agent scams you
Charges are much higher than what is offered by the telemarketer, first bill was issued before the plan was even activated!

1. Switched from zoomer first week of Oct.
ordered phone for me and SIM card for my wife. Phone and SIM cards arrived first week of December and Rogers is charging us for Oct and Nov plus interest on a plan we couldn’t yet use. 2. Also my plan is being charged at a higher rate than the rate I signed for.
. The plan I signed for also included a phone.
But my invoices show a charge for the phone 3. Red wireless has been completely useless in solving issues.
