Zero resolution and Ikon won't do anything either

Original review Mar 16, 2021

Purchased Red Sky Insurance out of Maryland for a family of 4. (So we bought 4) One of our family members as a result of COVID had serious medical complications and could not ski.

We filed our claim to get a refund for the individual family member who had a Dr's note.

We filled out all of their forms and jumped through all of their hoops for 3 months and were denied. Ikon Pass does not care either.

We had a death with an extended family member and they said we had to have a copy of the death certificate. Who in their right mind would go to the son or daughter of the decedent and ask for a copy of that?!

Or even a business partner! Never again would we ever buy this farce insurance.
