Light wont commect wifi

Customer service only give a me basic way to connect to Wi-Fi. Everyone known how to do that. Didnt resolve my issues. Need a call to try different methods. I did try everything that people show online. But still not working. Very disappointed.

When I purchased my Red Sea 425XL it came with a 2 year warranty, extended to 3 years when I registered it with them. At 31/2 years I woke up early for a business trip only to hear a strange sound that turned out to be my pump running with no water because the right seam had separated on my tank!!!

It was a mad scramble to save my fish & corals, sop up water on my hardwood floors and leaking into my basement ceiling! Coupled with also having to rebook my flight, rental car and rearrange my business trip, this was my Red Sea Aquarium nightmare! I eventually used clamps to keep everything alive while I contacted Red Sea, but of course the warranty had lapsed BUT they did offer a modest discount on an entirely new system, still with only a 2 year warranty (now extendable to 5 years they offered...for a fee!). Why would I want another Red Sea when the issue is the quality!!!

Or lack there of. The immense damage done to my home and the daily disruption has been incalculable, so I don't understand how Red Sea doesn't understand the degree to which people rely on their products to perform as intended.
I've owned/operated aquariums for more than 20 years, and NEVER have I had anything like this.

When I chose to invest so much in a Red Sea Aquarium I thought I was upgrading, but now that "premium tank" is held together with some mega clamps while I figure out the next step: take down the tank or get an acrylic tank with lifetime guarantee. For those considering Red Sea: buyer beware!!!

User's recommendation: Buyer BEWARE! A warranty to replace a tank is worthless, even when it's still active, if you lose all your fish/corals AND ruin your home. What we need is QUALITY from Red Sea.

Can't reconnect to reefdiose

I have emailed my problem to customer service. They responded with several suggestions to try to resolve my issue. None of them worked. Then I tried calling customer service and was led back to the web site to resolve my problem. I need help. Or I guess Ill have to go buy a doser thats reliable. I believe my system is under warranty or close to two years I need the right side LED 90 W This systems was an expensive purchase (over $4000 ) I do not believe these LEDS should not operate after 25 months. See receipt attached I am waiting to see how Red Sea handles this problem before I make a judgment concerning this company.

I purchased the peninsula 24 not only is it a horrible system I cant even get a stand. I wasted over $1000 for a product that I cant even use.

Mounting brackets for led 50

I had to come up with a work around to mount the lights on my rimmed tank. If might be nice if you would develop another bracket for my problem. The one you offer now is only for a rimless tank.

Terrible software-we're paying $10K to be beta testers

Had a reef tank back in the 1990s-not a Red Sea tank. All "low tech", and no problems.

Bought a new 350 G2+ system from a local store in 6/23 and nothing but problems. The app doesn't work properly. The skimmer either over or under skims and has flooded our floor once. Sensor on ATO malfunctioned - we're still waiting to get a reply from Red Sea on replacement - apparently their person in charge of granting a replacement is "on vacation" for 3-4 weeks, per our local store.

Dosing app for corals doesn't work right. We've lost more fish in 3 months than we ever did in years previously. About to send the whole shebang back to the store and cut our losses.

What a shame - we've kept both fresh and saltwater/reef tanks since the late 1980s, but this is enough to send us out of the hobby for good. Oh, and we have the local store coming out twice a month to do maintenance, and THEY can't seem to fix all of our issues with the equipment, either.

Failed seam on front panel

I bought my tank 3 years ago and today I woke up to a flooded living room. I lost all my coral roughly $9000 dollars worth not to mention my tangs. We as customers need to file a class action lawsuit as there has been far too many tank failures.

No one answered, and I am extremely angry and disappointed. I cannot find a stand for my peninsula 24. This is an outrage I have never dealt and this is the first and last time I am dealing with this company.
