Too new to be broken

I just s bought a Harley 2019 Breakout 107 at approximately between Weeks of April-May. By the way its my 2nd Harley and the brand never gave me any problems.

Now the bike wouldnt start. I thought they sold me a bike without checking how good the battery was at that time. Luckily still under warranty, dealership looked at the bike and the actual problem is fuel distribution. The dealership has to take it apart and find out whats causing it.

For 2019 model, this shouldnt happen. I question if Harley lowered their standard on quality. Its very disappointing. I hope they did not sell me a lemon bike.

I wanted to exchange the bike since i only had the bike for a month, but that did not go well or not allowed anymore. They said i have to trade it in and make another down payment again. So, now Im paying the bike that I cant use and who knows how long for the completion. Then now , Im paranoid that if this early and the bike is already broken, what else is next.

I wanted to surrender the bike, but not an option because they wont just terminate the contract. I thought this early stage, they should be able to exchange the bike to something similar. They did not even recommend a loaner bike for me. I bought the bike to use this free time i have , now Im only not riding, Im stuck with a broken bike waiting to get fixed who knows when, since they cant say any time frame.

Im really disappointed with this dealership not going above and beyond. The general manager pretty much said, it is what it is. Its under warranty , they will fix it and you just have to wait. Again, now Im paying a 2019 bike without riding it , because its broken too soon.

So all the excitement and money spent to ride a Harley is gone , because the dealership sold me a broken bike.

Im not even sure if they checked the bike before selling and Im sure they will say they did. Maybe Im just really pissed that this happens too early, but no accommodations from the dealerships at all for the inconvenience of their customer getting and the expectations of riding thats not there , because the bike is broken.
