our city has new garbage service provider as of jan 1. they refuse to pick up garbage and are unhappy that we expect services paid for. not enough resources and it is cold so no one wants the jobs. guess what, it's always cold in northern Indiana in January. so at least the texas executives getting my money while I keep my trash. no area regional office is around or I would load up my trash and take it to them. also paying for recycle collection and most of that goes directly to the landfill since it is quick and easy and most of the public not at the landfill to see this. ID
