False accusation against my company
Red Points made a false accusation.to Mercari that I was selling a counterfeit product. When they were called out for their illegal activity they just hide. Cowardly and pathetic

My business Instagram account has been taken down for the second time in 3 months due to this companys negligence. On September 5th it was taken down with reports of copyright/trademark infringement.
I reached out and sent all receipts and invoices proving I legally purchased the goods from their client. After a long process they withdrew the complaint and after an even longer process I got my account back after a month and a half. My business suffered greatly but I was eager to get back to reaching all of the clients I built over 7 years. After 2 weeks I received a notification that my page was reported yet again by redpoints for the same exact brand that I already proved I purchased from their client.
Yet again Instagram has suspended my account and Im back at square one. Only this time its during the busiest time of the year and I cant even reach my clients. Red points has done nothing but attempt to ruin my business. Didnt try to validate any authenticity even though I already did that prior.
Instagram requires no actual evidence just takes stuff down no questions asked.
All Ive received from red points are automated responses. Overall I wish this company did not exist they should be ashamed of the way they do business.
Preferred solution: My account back yet again

My Instagram business account was wrongfully taken down after it was flagged by your company. I have filled out an appeal with Instagram and a counter-notice If this matter is not resolved soon I will be taking legal action against your company for harming my brand.

Are you an authorized seller of Fear of God Essentials? Do you have purchase orders showing you bought the product wholesale to sell?
I’m not a authorized seller but I do have purchase orders showing I bought the product from the company in large quantities to resell them no wholesale prices full retail price under the first sale doctrine law the product now belongs to me and I can sell them if I choose to I sent them the first time to the company and they withdrew the complaint so I don’t understand why they’d have my posts taken down again
I’m assuming you are with redpoints to know that it was fear of god Essentials because I didn’t disclose that information in the post
I am not. That name is in the pics of emails you posted.
