They were supposed to give money off for national froyo day
It was national froyo day and advertisement said it was six dollar for a cup of froyo but then they didnt give me and my sister a deal and it was 18$ for two small cups.

I just recently had dental work done and wanted something soft and quick, so I got some frozen yogurt. At some point, I bit into something.
It was, in fact, a small hard piece of ice. This is not good.
I would like a refund, and also to know my rewards status. Please reimburse me.

In addition to only having 4 flavors for a frozen yogurt shop, the store was dirty, sticky and a mess. Worst of all the labeling can't be trusted.
My daughter has severe dairy allergy and the watermelon flavor was marked as "dairy-free". We even asked the employees to confirm. After a few bites my daughter started having a severe allergic reaction including coughing and choking. The employees were like deers staring in the headlights.
They didn't know what to do or what to say and didn't even know how to refund us. We had to call back TWICE to get updates on that refund. We also reached out to corporate and they just gave us very generic responses. No solution.
No promises to make any changes. No remedies for my daughter or my family. There are way too many other great yogurt shops.
Avoid Red Mango. This business will go out of business soon.

I placed an online order yesterday from your New City location store under the impression that store is open.The order went through and when I went there to pick up my order, the store was closed.I was so disappointed.When I called the store today to get my refund the staff was unprofessional and asked me to contact the corporate office.When I asked for the number they asked me to look for it and even didn't provide the number to contact you guys.Finally I go the number of corporate office and left a message to call me back to get my refund.I already contacted my card company and they suggested me try to solve the issue in the store first before go for a dispute.The staff at New City store in NY definitely needs some training to deal with customers to stay in the business.I used to go to Playa Bowls.I though let's try something different and my experience with this store was not at all a pleasant one.I would like to get my refund of $47.64 including tax.

Complaint on a red mango in new Hyde park Ny
For month a I come here spend min 25 .00 a week and they say their rewards is not working. Nor will they honor points if on the account .

Hi I had received an email back on June 27 and it showed I had 500 points which is valued at 5$
I have been to red mango 3 times since then and have been told I do not have a credit of 5$ .

At the Northbrook Court location in Northbrook IL 60062 there is a sign that says “Substitute Soy Milk 75¢” yet the employees say that it’s “just a sign” and that they don’t actually have soy milk. That is false advertising. I am lactose intolerant and want to be able to get a non-dairy smoothie which your signage says is available.
