- - Bought Red Magic 7 Pro; it broke in April.
- - They charged $300 to fix it and now it won't charge.
- - They say the repair costs more than $300 again.
They never even got back with me to tell me how much it's going to cost to send the phone back in I've been waiting for 3 weeks now no response they told me they were going to email me how much it's going to cost . but I paid $800 for the phone that I paid $300 more to get it fixed I think it's pretty messed up if yo inu ask me. I've spent over 2000 on red magic 8 pro to fix it and now they wanted three or $400 more I don't know why they just don't give me a one-time deal and fix my phone for me
I had bought the red magic 7 pro it broke red magic April broke they charged me $300 to fix that now it doesn't charge at all and they're trying to say it's more than $300 to fix it again I don't understand they don't want to give me any breaks any deals doesn't seem like they want to help me at all
