Communication it's totally very poor for the client reaching outhe customer service
To be honest there's not enough support the phone itself is really good very nice but you compare it to the other company there's not enough support on it.reiniere1979@***.com437-979-****
I want to buy the new red magic for this year but online there's a bad glich on the website it keep on refreshing every 5sec. So i give up please call me Back(437)-979-****

Phone not working
They never even got back with me to tell me how much it's going to cost to send the phone back in I've been waiting for 3 weeks now no response they told me they were going to email me how much it's going to cost . but I paid $800 for the phone that I paid $300 more to get it fixed I think it's pretty messed up if yo inu ask me. I've spent over 2000 on red magic 8 pro to fix it and now they wanted three or $400 more I don't know why they just don't give me a one-time deal and fix my phone for me
I had bought the red magic 7 pro it broke red magic April broke they charged me $300 to fix that now it doesn't charge at all and they're trying to say it's more than $300 to fix it again I don't understand they don't want to give me any breaks any deals doesn't seem like they want to help me at all
