Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Finally got email response, lady sorted the issues very efficiently.

Complaint not even acknowledged, no communication whatsoever. Terrible customer service, tried the bot and initially in touch with a human that was terminated and passed to a email which has not been responded to

Preferred solution: Completion of service and hotel booking

User's recommendation: Avoid if possible, this was a gift but had to add fund's to to try to book a failed hotel, a hotel that although in their book didn’t exist operationaly, a new voucher was issued but they are not responding at all to my complaint

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I make arrangements directley with the advertised companies,I borrowed a smartphone to scan a QR code and suprise ,suprise was able to activate my references and have had reminders since about my bookings.

I have also had many ,many offers from red letter days since but these are advertising their usual products. No contact with a person ....red letter days website only has a BOT that is useless as does not deal fully with a query should you need the personal touch .

Received as gift in box But:-

Unable to book experience voucher which is still in date and unable to speak to anyone concerning the problem . The "BOT" only refers back to the website that seems to accept a new orders no problem. Very Disappointed with after sales service as seems none existent .

Trying to book. Vouchercetc accepted but when entering date nothing happened cannot move on.

Tried chat told to try another device same problem. Emailed told 10 day wait for reply.

Tried phoning constantly engaged. Contacted *** got a phone number phoned and told they couldn't help will pass on my message

Cannot book my chosen experience

I was gifted a helicopter experience as a birthday gift in 2023. Could not get a date as flights seemed to be booked up well in advance with little availability.

Extended the voucher and changed to a weekend away experience at a cost of £20. Cannot book the experience on line. Phoned the complaints line over 200 times. No answer.

This gift was £250.00. I am really annoyed that I cannot book the experience. No one to talk to. Help section is a BOT.

No email contact information.

Total waste of time. I would like my money back as I have no faith in this company.

Could not use my e voucher , spoiled the day so we needed up repaying cash to take part then had to cancel out dinner reservations as we was not able to make the time what should have been a birthday celebration turned into a disaster
