A friend ordered a Lemon Drop Martini which was not made to her taste. She suggested after one sip that the waitress bring her a Pink martini. The waitress told her she had to BUY another drink if she wanted something different. Red Kiva refused to subsitute her martini or remake her martini. The manager was rude and told us that he would be wasting liquor if he did that for (1) customer. If McDonald's will give you a Coke if your Sprite is not to your liking. We had a party of 9 people who will tell 9 people, who will tell 9 people, who will tell 9 people, not to go to Red Kiva.
