Why haven't I received a return call from the...
Why haven't I received a return call from the Accounting Department in regards to a refund that was said to be placed back on to my debit card. The debit card was replaced immediately and a new card issued.
I called and spoke to representative in regards to this issue, however, no one has contacted me as stated by 2 customer reps I have spoken to. I was assured I would be contacted by the company as no refund was posted to my bank account .
There is no other information to which I may correspond . Please help

Wrong shirts
I spoke to Kyle at customer service he corrected everything was great and wonderful I could not have had a better experience.

Basically the shirts that I purchased for him came out of the sleeves after first washing, the pants last for a little longer , Same thing with him came out and the button came off.
No complaints at all about the workers or the staff -very helpful. But I dont understand it dickies comes from the same place ,Mexico, and Theres are still holding up meaning, The stitching is not coming apart and the buttons do not pop off

Tired of inferior products
Why are the zippers on the men's carpenter work pants so short? Who designs these pants anyway?
A woman? Do you know how hard it is to stand at the urinal, pull down the short zipper and try to pull it out to go *** let alone yanking a few hairs with it?
IT IS RIDICULOUS! It's insulting to the male human being Fire the person who designs these or have a man who knows better do it.

Product was 4 days late and was to be a gift. Still not delivered with no scheduled delivery.
Red Kap said it was the shippers fault. Refused to ship out a replacement.
