Red Brick Management at 1916 Washington Blvd , St Louis MO 63103: the staff is immediately retaliating against senior Applicants that file complaints, due to ongoing bizarre chaos. This location is aggressively demanding FULL $600 SECURITY DEPOSITS, $150 Administrative Fees and renters insurance (to hold) LOW INCOME apartments; while showing completely trashed apartments.
A new employee at 1916 Washington was rewarded a Assistant Mgr job at 393 N Euclid Ave because she "went on record" retaliating against a senior applicant who filed a legitimate complaint about unethical behavior and misleading promises. It takes TWO months to prepare a LOW INCOME apt, after giving $600 deposits + $150 admin fee and submitting 25 HUD docs.
