Hello Everyone,
Here is an update to the Red Barn Hay Company ripoff. Mark Broeg will be arraigned on 7/18/12 in Crook county.
His arraignment was moved due to new indictments. His case number is 11FE0045. He also has a probation violation hearing on 7/25/12 case number CR0900208. All this information is found on the Crook County Circuit Court website.
I had to dig a little but it\'s there. Thanks to all that called the DA and FBI.
If you hear of anyone else getting ripped off call the numbers that were provided below. I won\'t be happy till I see the mugshot.

Getting the attention of law inforcement has been long overdue but will come to a head very soon. There is information of others that are working with him named \"Smokey\" and Ron Seminal. Please report them to the police or FBI. These are not the only ones out there and I can imagine the legal system is overwhelmed by them so that\'s why we all need to ride together and keep the information flowing to the right people.

Well it looks like Mr. Broeg has messed up once more.
He went after the wrong person that has nothing to do with posting their frustrations as we all do. Please, if you have had a bad experience call the numbers in these postings. I know that we\'ll probably not get our money back but one of these days I\'ll be happy to post his mugshot!

UPDATE-Mark Broeg has decided to try to sue people in court over loss of busniness and libel. He\'ll have to sue the entire internet since there is nothing good about him to be found!
Call the numbers you see to file a report. We horse owners need to ride together on this and place Mr.
Broeg behind bars. Keep up the comments because we may be able to stop someone else from getting ripped off.

Has anyone who has posted received their hay? Or money. We have used red barn for a couple of years and we did receive our hay lat year.

I sent him a check for 3 grand in april and have not gotten my hay!! This hurts me bad as a small business owner.

He said he his have trouble locating the victims directly. If you have numbers or names, send them to him.

I have a mug shot of Broeg. The Clackamas County (Portland) District Attorney had him arrested after Bend, OR police looked him up.
The office used me to report possible income over $500 so they could go after it.
They did not care that he was ripping off people for the money. They were absolutely no help in stopping this man.
Have been chasing Broeg for 2 years. Spoken with Oregon Department of Justice, Oregon FBI, Deschutes Co.
Sheriff's Department, Crook County District Attorney's Office, Oregon State Police. Have begged them to stop him. He ripped off 100 investors in 90s of about $1 million. He and another scam artist ripped off several Vancouver WA area in real estate scams.
Many families lost their homes. He is suing me! I have been posting warnings on Craigslist for over a year. Crook Co.
in Prineville, OR convened a secret grand jury last month in which 13 victims testified. All that information will be release by May 9. Contact Crook Co. District Attorney, Vickie Schwartz.
Give her all your information. Broeg has ripped off an elderly man of his life savings; a Korean businessman of $50,000; a Washington man of $21,000. There are many more I have talked to personally. Please send your information to Oregon State Police in Bend, Oregon.
They have been investigating this finally. So many victims could have been saved if I could have convinced law enforcement to investigate. They just wouldn't do it.
I live in Kansas and have made 4 trips to Oregon to try to speak with law enforcement. Couldn't get sheriff's deputy to even step out into the lobby.
Both the FBI and Oregon Police (led by Bend unit) are just beginning to ramp up their investigations of Mark Broeg and his fraudulent activity under the Red Barn Hay Company. Your reports, documents, etc. will be useful to them.
