Red Bank Volvo service department lying crooks
I towed my car to red bank volvo for a repair I told them what my problem was.The day after they called me in for an approval on the invoice which was already 800.00 more then the verbal I was given over the phone ok it is what it is I gave them a 1000.00 down on 1700.00 they told me it would be done by this Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest and if they ran into any problems they would call.On wednesday midday I called them they told me the car was ready but their was a part that is still broken that needs to be fixed before the car can be operated and it would cost any where from 700.00 to 1600.00 more.What makes me mad is that this is the part I told them was broken.
