Mr. Jaime Martinez took our money in December 2020 when we paid for 3 trips to be used in 2021. The end result was that he failed, failed again and we just want a refund for those and for the third trip that was supposed to be in November 2021. Up until today he has not provided those refunds. The first trip he left us stranded at the airport in April with no plane tickets. We had our your children with us for their first trip on a plane. Not only did he fail the plane tickets but he failed with the room reservation in Florida. We had to drive to Florida and then pay for a room again. On top of that Mr. Martinez and his company became unresponsive for nearly 3 weeks until I insulted him enough in text messages that he finally replied. He agreed he owed us a refund but never offered an apology. He said he would refund the money and that the 2nd trip was already booked and ready to go. He sent flight confirmations that we checked over and over. We did go to the airport and flew to Portland successfully. Upon landing we find out the card he paid the hotel with is declined. He verbally accosted the hotel manager on the phone. I had to pay for the hotel room - again. We get to the airport for the return flight and again his card that he paid for our flight tickets with has been charged back in the time we have been in the Portland area. If we want to fly home, we have to pay for the full tickets again. Of course I do that, I have to get home to work and kids. Again, not so much as an apology from Mr. Martinez. I am demanding the full $1641 for those two trips be refunded. There is no way on earth I want the third trip planned with his company. It is to Mexico! The last place I want to be stranded is Mexico. I just want the $2748 we paid him for it eleven months in advance to be returned. I did open disputes with my credit card and they were useless in helping me. They just say "work with the merchant". I guess Barclay's seems to be oblivious to the fact it is hard to work with a criminal actively trying to steal from you. Anyway, it has been months trying to get these refunds. I have opened a case with the Better Business Bureau that serves Minneapolis. I have contacted the police. I have cases with both Attorney Generals of Minnesota and Missouri. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I did a Yelp review and a Ripoff Report. Doing all I can to compel him to just refund my money. Avoid RecycleYourTimeshareNow.com and Mr. Martinez!
