Terrible experience with Recteq

I placed an order for $2156.65 for a large smoker and kit.

Only the grill cover was delivered. I contacted customer

service and spoke with Jacob Brodhecker who was

unprofessional and useless.

I was given different shipping

information that was shown as cancelled. The online

system says to order is fulfilled. I asked to speak with

someone higher for solution and I was denied. Now I have

spent over 2 grand for a grill cover.

The picture attached if of the full closed order. This is what 2 grand gets you at Recteq.

I've been waiting 10 days and my shelf for the backyard 1200 still hasn't been shipped. I keep getting the run around.

This morning I also spoke to Jacob Brodholder and he was very snide and sarcastic.

Save your money! Jacob should not be working in customer service.
