Damaged Goods Wouldn't refund 100%
I purchased my fire logs from this company and they were damaged the logs had 2 broken ones in the set, and the burner was dented badly at the bottom frame. I called them and told them that it was damaged and they said they would send me a replacement when they received the other unit back and said they would have shipping company pick it up that on Friday the same week. I then got a call from them and they said that they would have to wait till Monday, at that time I said that did I purchase a millivolt one and she said no. She said the millivolt one would cost over $200.00 + more I then told her then could I have a refund on it and she said I had to pay for return shipping and a 20 % restocking fee. I then told her when I received that the burner was probably sent from the factory because where it was in the box that unit was packed secure and the box in that area was not damaged. My point is that they will send it back to the supplier and get refunded without a cost to them, and they will stock them a new one. I will not do any business with them again. They are rude and dishonest, it ended up costing me $137.80 restocking fee and return shipping. Buyers beware of this company, I will be getting in touch with BBB and also post on web consumer complaints. If they will even post this on website reviews testimonial.
