- - Heater short cycles on heat: 2 minutes on, 5 off.
Non-responsive telephone number and know where to turn my unit is short cycling on heat it runs for like 2 minutes and then shuts off for like five and then runs for 2 minutes and then back off for five I've tried calling Rick Pro for a couple of days and I get no answer from them just their hours of the customer service
