Horrible customer service
- - We repeatedly tried to complete the saliva test.
- - Phone case doesn't fit and invalidates the test.
- - It doesn't ask for ID and fails for not providing it.
Tried multiple times to accurately do a saliva test. Phone case they provide fits no one's phone and it falls over invalidating the test.
In addition, it doesn't ask for your ID and then fails you for NOT providing it. This program sets you up to fail no matter how sober you are.

Taken advantage of and lied to
- - Payment plan was arranged but not honored; it must be in writing.

I had a payment plan arrangement sit up which they didn't honor saying if you didn't get it in writing we don't have to honor anything can you say lying fork tongue devils is what the Native American's called them and these folks aren't about recovery thay about the money hon they could care less if your mother,son,daughter dies in addiction just pay the bill first ok.Look else where for recovery help if possible please.
Preferred solution: learn to keep your word and man or women is no better than their word
