Great customer service in the phone.

I contacted them regarding a charge and they resolved it perfectly. In 3-5 business days I may update this, but Gelo, my customer service person was a consumate professional, polite, helpful and really cared about my problem enough I told his supervisor how awesome he was.

User's recommendation: If I needed their service, after this experience, I would go with them over anyone else.

Didn’t cancel my account

I cancelled my account with them on March 22, 2021 right after the March payment. They charged my account in April and the amount was more than I had in my account so they lowered the amount and deducted the lesser amount. I have asked that they reverse the charge and cancel my account and not charge me again, however the point is they shouldnt have charged me this month.
