Lost software after an upgrade for Windows 11

Disappointed in lack of positiveresponse
I have been a reckon software client for near 20 years.
Last week I upgraded my computer to Windows 11 standard. When it came back from the technician I could no longer find my Reckon software. When I click on the Reckon icon a notice appears that I have to login to activate my account.
I ahve been unable to do that because a notice appears reporting an error occuring in some code.
Could you send me a disc so I that can re-instal Reckon please.
I have regularly backed my work up but cannot immediately see how this can be re-installed. Can you explain how I can restore the downloaded files from the backup unit.
Preferred solution: a replacement copy of the software so I can re-instal it.
