Sometimes good other times not

When I realised that I needed something done about my situation, I did what I always do, which is reach out to support, which I have done before with this company. It's usually been fairly straight forward.This time however, I had trouble with the entire process: the chat bot that I started with kept redirecting me to log into my account (I already was), sent me to the support pages (I'd already been there - usual place I start), and failed to give me any kind of help.

So I called the help line, but was told no one was available. Having spent more than 30 minutes trying to navigate what should have been a fairly easy process, I"m now just super annoyed at the waste of my time.

Having worked in similar types of environments, I know when it's busy or you have some kind of time pressure, it's easy to bang out the simplistic response, rather than take the extra few moments to figure out if the response being given is actually USEFUL and ACCURATE!

So right now, I"m frustrated, despite having a long standing account, and reasonable responses in the past, I'm really disappointed at the amount of time this is taking to solve a relatively simple problem.

Preferred solution: I would just like my data to be updated so I can take my information if I chose to move to another service.
