Parcel was not able to be returned back to my address
- - DPD can't return my PlayStation; Rebound lacked information.
- - I must contact Rebound's customer service.
- - Delivery due on the 23rd; it may delay.
I sent out my PlayStation to be fixed, and in the process of being returned to my address, the DPD delivery team was not able to return my console to me. According to them, Rebound was not able to add enough information for them to be able to return the product, so now I have to wait to contact Rebound's customer service team.
This has been quite inconvenient, as I was meant to receive my console on the 23rd, and there's a high chance that DPD will be returning the parcel to Rebound next week. This means I'll have to wait 2 weeks for a console that had technical issues on the Rebound team's end.

My return has not been collected and there are no details of who to contact to follow it up. This is the most frustrating thing.

Trying to return an item. It wont accept the customer reference number.

I paid for a pick up of parcel to be returned, it was supposed To be picked up on Saturday & has not. I did not get a receipt for the payment either

The return is missing in transit and I cannot get a refund from JD. Their service is disgusting and I would not recommend using them at all.
