Not only that, but I've used this website for over six years now. The owner of the website has no tolerance for any counterfeit dolls, and very reputable artists choose to sell here. Even prototype artists who sell the highest-end dolls list here. There is filtering capability to easily narrow your doll search.
I also find the review system to be very helpful in choosing an artist in whom to purchase. I have been able to communicate very easily with the actual artist or the people that are selling dolls. Now, I will not purchase anywhere else. You can choose many forms of payment, and there's also a tracking feature that most sellers use when I have purchased.
Because there are hundreds of artists who sell here, you'll still be wise to do your homework on the specific artist and their practices, but this website is the best platform for purchasing dolls. There really is no other doll selling platform that compares, not at all. A++++ The owner of the website does a great job doing the best in his control to keep the website top-notch!
He is quick to respond to any questions I had. You cannot really get this security buying dolls off other sites with all the scams out there.

Purchased a reborn doll. First thing that came out the box was a roach!
This seller failed to ship the stomach plated and the doll's hair came out in clumps because it wasn't rooted properly. I reached out to the seller. She had to "find" the stomach plate but decided to take a trip out of town before finding it. There was too much back and forth emailing with this seller.
I had to reach out to the website owner of reborns.com because she had no sense of urgency in fixing the issue. When the stomach plate was found, she stated it was damaged. She opted to ship the damaged plate or she would order a new one. Of course, I wanted a new plate.
Who would want a damaged product. Finally received the stomach plate. Seller leaves bad reviews for customers who has issues with their orders. Failing to take accountability for her mess up is bad business.
She'd rather blame the customer.
